Town Government at Work for the Week of October 9, 2018

Town offices are closed on Monday, October 9 for Columbus Day. Trash and Recycling will be collected on Tuesday.

The Council on Aging will meet in the COA boardroom at 10:30 am on Tuesday, October 10   Among their agenda items is an update on the Senior Property Tax Deferral Proposal.

The Planning Board will begin their October 10 meeting with a hearing on bylaw changes on limited business and general business designations. They will also review draft decisions on special permits for Pine Hill Crossing and Page Place. The Library Trustees, meeting at the library, will consider a Capital budget request for FY2019.

The Transportation Advisory Committee meets at 7:30 pm on Wednesday, October 10; their agenda includes bus shelters and discussion of Transportation for Massachusetts (T4MA) a coalition for better transportation statewide.

Patriotic Holidays Committee will meet at 7 pm on Wednesday, October 10 to plan for Veteran’s Day
