A late afternoon bid on Sunday, November 18 meant that the GSA auction for the Navy hangar at the edge of Hanscom Field along Hartwell Road would last for another 24 hours. Then Monday’s string of 18 bids that raised the bid amount from $4,110,000 to $5,020,000 between 7:55 am and 4:14 pm on Monday, November 19.
As of Monday afternoon, the auction is scheduled to end at 4:17 pm (Central Time) on Tuesday, November 20, unless a new, higher bid invokes another 24-hour delay.
