Town Government at Work for the Week of November 26.

Several interesting meetings are scheduled for the coming week, including the School Committee’s update “Race Matters” and a Literacy in Music presentation on Tuesday.

The Planning Board and Tree Warden will hold a joint hearing on tree removal at Pine Hill Crossing Tuesday, November 27

Next, the Planning Board alone will review a comprehensive permit amendment for a Chapter 40B proposal for the Village at Bedford Woods. The Planning Board will make a recommendation to the Zoning Board of Appeals.

Also on Tuesday, meeting at Bedford High School, the School Committee will meet at 7:30. At 7:40 there will be a BHS Music Presentation: “Literacy in Music Through Sight Singing and Performance Repertoire. At 8:45 there will be an update on Race Matters in the Bedford Public Schools, on the agenda.

On Wednesday, November 28 there will be a joint meeting of the Community Preservation Committee and Capital Expenditure Committee at 7:00 pm in the Second Floor Conference Room at Town Hall. Following, at 7:30 the Finance/IT Department on a recommended FY20-25 Capital Projects Plan.  Following there will be a presentation of Town Clerk request for “Election Equipment” in FY20.
