Flu Vaccine is Still Available ~ Clinic Scheduled for Wednesday, December 19 from 2 to 3 pm

Getting vaccinated is the best way to prevent getting the flu. The Board of Health is offering free flu shots at the Town Center (yellow building behind Town Hall), 12 Mudge Way, Bedford, MA to all Bedford residents (6 months of age and older) during the following dates/times:

  • Wednesday: 12/19/18, 2 pm – 3 pm in the Board of Health office on the 2nd floor of Town Center. 
  • Individual appointments can be scheduled throughout the remainder of the flu season. Please call the number below to schedule an appointment.

There will be a limited number of both FluMist doses for children 3 to 18 years of age and high-dose formulations for those 65 and older.

Bring this completed form and your health insurance card(s) to the clinic. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and we ask that anyone receiving a vaccination wear clothing that allows for easy access to their arm for vaccine administration.
