We would like to thank everyone in our beloved Bedford community who has reached out to us during this time of deep sorrow. We have appreciated receiving your calls and cards, your hugs and donations.
Jerry was an impressive guy, a physician we would all love to have as our own. A memorial scholarship fund has been established at his alma mater, Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. The scholarship will be awarded annually to a third-year resident who has chosen to pursue a career in family practice. In this way, Jerry’s heartfelt love of working as a doctor with families will continue.
