The Selectmen’s meeting at Town Hall on Monday, January 28 will deal with several proposed articles for the Annual Town Meeting warrant. Three other articles under review are a Senior Tax Deferral, a means for Expedited Permitting, and the Establishment of a Commission on Disabilities. The Selectman will also review and vote on the FY20 Operating Budget recommendation for town departments.

On Wednesday, January 30 the Recreation Commission will meet in the Fitch Room in Town Center at 7 pm. On the agenda: fees for Summer Adventures and Kids’ Club programs. There will also be a review of the Recreation Department’s overhead costs.

On Thursday, January 31 at 7:15 the Finance Committee will review the Selectmen’s budget requests.

Two other meetings take place on Tuesday, January 29. The Land Acquisition Committee and the Historic District Commission will meet at 7:30 pm in Town Hall. No agendas were posted for either at press time.
