An Obituary: Madeline C. Kupferberg Marina

Madeline C. Kupferberg Marina passed away on September 22, 2019. A resident of Carleton-Willard Village since 2007, Mrs. Marina was an artist who worked with José Vela Zanetti on his mural for the UN, “Mankind’s Struggle for a Lasting Peace” in the 1950s, and with the president of the Fund for the Republic, later known as the Center for the Study of Democratic Institutions in Montecito, California. She later served as a freelance editor for Photographer’s FORUM.

A service in celebration of Mrs. Marina’s life will be held at 11 am on Saturday, November 2 at Carleton-Willard Village, 100 Old Billerica Road, Bedford.
