Career Night at Shawsheen Valley Technical High School ~ 6 to 8 pm on January 15

Shawsheen Valley Technical High School is open to all Bedford students.  Career Night is a great opportunity to visit Shawsheen Valley Technical High School to learn about its admissions process and co-operative educational program.

All 24 career vocational-technical programs will be open to visitors.

Parents and prospective students can meet with guidance counselors, teachers, coaches, and a variety of community business partners that support our students and programs.

Two programs will be of particular interest to incoming students and their families:

  • Co-Op Employers/Industry Representatives and  Co-Op Students ~ From 6 to 8 pm, in various locations throughout the building
  • Admissions Presentation & Student Panel  ~ At 6:15 pm & 7 pm in the Library

Other events will welcome visitors through the evening:

  • Online Application Submission in Room 500
  • Academics, Guidance, School Clubs & Organizations, Support Services, & PAC in the Cafeteria
  • Rams Pride Student Operated Store – the Cafeteria Entrance
  • Robotics Club  in the Electronics Shop
  • Experiments in Science in the Chemistry Lab
  • Technology in English in Room 504
  • Technology in Social Studies in Room 111
  • Glimpse the SVTS Greenhouse in Room 300A
  • Staying Fit and Athletics, Physical Education, & Alumni Association in the Fitness Center
