Bedford’s long-awaited Minuteman Diner opened at 1 PM on Wednesday, January 15. Within moments, several tables were occupied, and the first plate (steak and eggs, with hashbrowns and a side of toast) had come from the grill.
The Bedford Minutemen Company plans to visit around 6 pm, in full colonial regalia with fifes and drums.
Minuteman Diner will be open and serving breakfast until 8 pm during Wednesday’s ‘soft opening.’
