The Bedford Council on Aging has many activities for older adults, but there is so much more…

On the COA web site, there is a newsletter called Bits & Bytes:  It is a bi-monthly recap of matters appearing in the media as it relates to issues of maturing.  Various topics include information on caregiving and caregivers, money, health, social security, Medicare, working after retirement, avoiding scams, aging in place, pets, and much more.
