Letter to the Editor: The Minuteman Diner Thanks its Early Patrons

February 18, 2020

Submitted by the Minuteman Diner

I want to thank the people of Bedford and surrounding towns for an incredible first month of business at the Minuteman Diner.

People have been friendly, so encouraging and patient. The feedback is great, we know it can be hard giving feedback, but it is the only way for us to improve. From grilling English muffins so they are toastier,  to crispy house-made hash, it’s been a wonderful experience and we are working to continuously improve.  Again, thank you for all your wonderful and positive comments.

Here’s some great news: We now have the right staff to manage the long lines of people we have every day who enjoy our food and atmosphere.

We apologize for the first few days as we never did have a “soft” opening to work out the kinks because of our construction delay, so the general public was our training ground,  but since those challenging times,  our food is faster, even during busy times.

We know people don’t mind waiting in line, but once they sit down, we have 15 minutes to get your food, and it better be hot and tasty!

So as we progress and execute our menu,  we will be offering nightly specials including American Chop Suey, meatloaf, Salisbury steak, and other diner classics.

Come in to try our desserts to top off that early evening meal. Enjoy chocolate cake, carrot cake and cheesecake.  With our ice cream sundae and toppings bar, there should be something good for every member of the family. Last but not least,  we continue to improve our menu and adult beverage offerings so you can relax, eat, and enjoy the atmosphere.

If you have a minute, come to Minuteman!!
