Things you don’t expect in a pandemic. Social distancing – check. Hand washing – check. Baking bread?
Apparently one of the biggest trends happening throughout the country is everyone has decided to make bread. Flour is hard to find. Yeast? Forget about it! I know in our neighborhood we have started, for lack of a better term, a community sourdough project.
