Deirdre Drew ‘Dee’ Russell passed away on August 7, 2020. Ms. Russell served as president and later treasurer of the First Parish Unitarian Universalist parish board. She and her wife Jean Kates were the first lesbian couple to be married in Bedford; a Unitarian Universalist since her youth, she lived her values and prioritized deeds over creeds.
