Dorothy ‘Dot’ McKenna passed away at age 93 on September 1, 2020. A Bedford resident from 1957 until she retired to Cummaquid, Mrs. McKenna taught mathematics and coached the Math League at the John Glenn Middle School, was an assistant leader in the town’s Girl Scouting program and taught Sunday School at St. Michael’s Church. ” Dot was known for her love of life – she enjoyed people, travel, games, and most of all, conversation!”
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, no gathering is planned at this time. The family will be planning a memorial celebration for Dot sometime in the future when it is again safe to get together. At this time, please add Dot to your thoughts and prayers.
