Ernst Ulrich passed away on October 30, 2020. Mr. Ulrich came to the United States from Germany in the 1950s as a visitor. He obtained an immigration visa, went on to serve in the US Army, completed his mathematics degree at UCLA, and became a computer engineer. The Ulrich family moved to Bedford in the 1960s when Mr. Ulrich began his career at Digital Equipment Company. One of the ‘tennis buddies of Bedford,’ he and his late wife were doubles partners who played at Wedgewood and the Bedford Glen Hotel.
A graveside service will be arranged at the Ulrich family plot in Shawsheen Cemetery, Bedford, MA.
