Tis the Season!

November 25, 2020

Two Bedford churches, St. Paul’s Episcopal Church and First Church of Christ, Congregational, have announced charitable holiday events getting underway soon.

First Church of Christ Congregational is again supporting the City Mission Coat Drive. Held in cooperation with Burlington Coat Factory, First Church purchases new winter coats at a greatly reduced price. Last year, 65 new coats were delivered to Boston’s City Mission under the leadership of Norm Sutherland. Community members interested in supporting the Coat Drive may contact First Church at 781-275-7951 by Thursday, December 3.

St. Paul’s annual Holiday Fair has moved online for 2020. The festivities will open at 9 am on Friday, November 27, and run through 2 pm on Saturday, December 12 with gift baskets, foods, and crafts available through an online store.  Visit www.stpaulsbedford.org and click through to Shop Today; curbside delivery is available by appointment. Silent Auction bids are welcome online by clicking https://bit.ly/3m7CG21. A one-minute video shows what’s on offer this year—click this link to learn more. Proceeds from the Fair support St. Paul’s ministries.
