Junior Katherine Vaughn scored 15 points, pulled down nine rebounds, and blocked five shots to lead Bedford High School to a 47-24 girls’ basketball win over Weston High Tuesday evening in the empty BHS gym.
Senior Janie Daniels added nine points to help power the Bedford win, its third in a row to open the abbreviated Dual County League season.
Coach Alvin Mayard’s team faces Weston again Friday afternoon on the Wildcats’ court.
