I encourage Bedford voters to re-elect Margot Fleischman to the Bedford Select Board in the upcoming Town election on March 13.
Margot’s broad experience on the Select Board and various other Town boards and committees has given her an in-depth understanding of Bedford.
Having attended many meetings of boards and committees on which Margot served, I have been impressed by her knowledge, insight, and tireless support for the people and the Town of Bedford.
Several years ago, knowing she was on the Community Preservation Committee and had a deep understanding of affordable housing in town, I approached her with a concern related to the affordable home of a hard-working Bedford family. The issue was more complex than I anticipated, but Margot impressed me with her prompt response and actions. Her understanding and suggestions were very helpful and respectful.
Margot is dedicated to maintaining Bedford as an attractive, well-run town with a range of services that meet the needs of our Town’s many constituents. Her ability to understand and thoughtfully address new concerns, as well as current ones, make her an invaluable Town leader.
