The wild strawberries growing around the perimeter of the community gardens at Middlesex Community College recently yielded fresh berries that were donated to local food banks. Local leaders and volunteers gathered at the community gardens on the Bedford campus Monday to harvest the strawberries, which ripen every year at this time.
