September 18, 2021 ~ Closing Bedford Day with Spectacular Fireworks

With thanks to the Bedford Fire Department for assuring the safety of the 2021 Bedford Day fireworks display

Bedford Day, 2021 ended with a spectacular fireworks display. Originally scheduled for July Fourth, 2020, the show was moved to Bedford Day and it proved a winner.

Starting at 7:30 pm, even Bedford’s youngest watched in wonder as shell after shell blasted skyward from the middle school playing fields before bursting into showers of sparkling color.

  1. The fireworks were fantastic – far exceeded my expectations. I vote that all future displays only be on Bedford Day. Fewer of us are away, it’s more special for the town and the 7:30 start time is better for families with small children.
