Why 50 women?

Winnie Callahan, co-owner of Callahan’s Karate, and Jennifer Buckley, founder of GrooveWrx, celebrated milestone birthdays this year. Callahan (55) and Buckley  (50) are more inspired than ever to offer this class so that women of all ages feel more empowered on a daily basis!

In a fun and supportive environment, the group will practice simple, yet effective self-defense techniques and review important tips for everyday personal safety and physical confidence. “We share a lot of great info in just one night,” say Callahan and Buckley. The classes are offered for ages 14+ at no cost.
