What you see is what you get, so I’ll show you how to find the perfect pineapple!
There are several methods for cutting them up but I’ll demonstrate one that I find to be the quickest and easiest.
Add to fruit salad, put some on skewers and place on the grill, use in cocktails or make yourself a Hawaiian Pizza (I know – everyone who is pizza connoisseur is rolling their eyes at that suggestion!).
Store in the fridge in an airtight container and enjoy!
