Prom and semi-formal events are coming up soon and BHS will sponsor a Prom Clothes Pop-Up where students will be able to ‘borrow’ formal wear and accessories from a donated collection.
Do you have unused formal wear to share?
The pop-up is looking for donations of long or short prom dresses languishing in closets, not being used.
Formalwear accessories—shoes, purses, and shawls—will complete the looks. Tuxedos, dress suits, shirts, and cummerbund/tie combinations are also welcome gifts.
Please dry clean your donations, bring them to the BHS main office on hangars (not jammed into black plastic bags!)
The last day for donations is Friday, March 4.
No prom clothes to share?
If you want to help but don’t have formalwear to donate, you can make a financial contribution to offset program costs— alterations, dry cleaning, purchase of dress racks, and refreshments for the PopUp event.
