The Bedford High School boys’ ice hockey season ended abruptly at The Edge Sports Center early Thursday evening, as the Buccaneers lost 1-0 a little more than six minutes into overtime to the Hawks of Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical School in the opening round of the MIAA Division 3 state tournament.
