Lee Sibley Peone died unexpectedly Saturday, January 22, 2022, at home in Worley, Idaho. Mr. Peone grew up in Bedford and graduated from Bedford High School and went on to proudly serve his country in Vietnam. A larger-than-life character, Mr. Peone could make anyone laugh for hours. A talented mechanic, he could build anything and spent his career operating heavy machinery.
A Celebration of Life Party for Lee will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2022, in the Anthony-Hunt-Hamilton American Legion Post #221, 357 The Great Road, Bedford from 2 pm to 6 pm. Anyone who knew and loved Lee is invited to attend; the family encourages attendees to share any favorite Lee Stories with the group.
