First Church, Bedford to Host 71st Strawberry Festival on Thursday, June 16

Bedford’s First Congregational Church, 25 Great Road, will celebrate summer with its 71st Strawberry Festival to be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, June 16.

The popular outdoor event will feature homemade strawberry shortcakes for sale, rain or shine.

Enjoy fresh strawberries, old-fashioned biscuits, and Bedford Farms vanilla ice cream, topped with homemade chocolate sauce and real whipped cream. Hot fudge sundaes will also be available. Prices range from $5 to $7, with discounts for military, first responders, healthcare workers, and teachers.

Live music will be provided to enjoy while you eat. Admission is free and free parking is available behind the church, off Mudge Way.
