Three Bedford High School fall varsity teams will compete at home as the MIAA fall tournament gets underway.
The action begins Thursday at 5 p.m. in the BHS gymnasium when the 12th-seeded Division 3 girls’ volleyball squad hosts the team from Robert Putnam Vocational-Technical Academy of Springfield.
Then at 7 p.m. on Friday on Sabourin Field, the football team, ranked third in Division 4, entertains 14th-seeded South High Community School of Worcester. Tickets are available at GoFan – https://gofan.co/app/school/MA14503?playoffs=true.
And playoffs continue at 5 p.m. on Monday at Sabourin Field when the boys’ soccer team – also third in the Division 2 power rankings — will play the winner of a play-in game between Silver Lake Regional, seeded 30th, and Somerset-Berkeley Regional, 35th.
