The Knights of Columbus Bedford Council #5292 will host its annual Free Throw Competition at the JGMS for kids between the ages of 9-14 this Sunday, January 29 from 12 noon – 3 pm.
The event is free. Entry forms are available at the Bedford Free Public Library and the Bedford Recreation Department, but walk ups are also welcome to participate.
Each contestant receives three warm-up tosses followed by 15 consecutive free throw attempts from the appropriate age-designated foul line. Winners from each category are eligible to move on to the regional competition.
