The Friends of the Bedford Council on Aging The FBCOA plans to meet on the 3rd Tuesday of September, October, November, January, April and June at 1:00pm Come and let us know what programs you would enjoy on ZOOM and in-person, and give your input on the programs that are now being presented. You DO NOT have to be a member to come to a board meeting. We have people of all ages joining us to assist Bedford's senior adults and take part in the many benefits of FBCOA sponsored programs. As part of the Concord Festival of Authors, The Umbrella is pleased to host a reading, book-signing and writing workshop with Aimee Nezhukumatathil, the New York Times-bestselling poet and author of World of Wonders: In Praise of Fireflies, Whale Sharks, & Other Astonishments (Barnes and Noble’s Book of the Year). Free and open to the public with RSVP, the book reading and signing will be held in The Umbrella Arts Center’s Main Stage Theater144 on October 18 at 7PM.
