Bedford Town Trail Walk Saturday March 4, 2023, 10:00 a.m. Concord Rd. town land Led by Bruce Wisentaner, Bedford Trails volunteer Please join the Bedford Trails Committee for a free trail walk in the woods on March 4, 2023. We plan to explore the town land north of Hanscom Field, hopefully crossing town line to reach Thoreau’s birthplace in Concord. Pace will be leisurely.  Expect very muddy or icy terrain, and ticks.  The walk is less than 3 miles round trip and will take about 2.5 hours. March weather! The walk will proceed in almost any weather! Prepare for cold or warm; ice, snow, or mud; with appropriate footwear and waterproof layers.
