Image Sharing with Bill Davison – Incongruity

December 13, 2022 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Free

The Bedford Center for the Arts Photo Group welcomes back photographer and digital printmaker, Bill Davison as the critiquer for our next Image Sharing session.  This virtual event will take place on Tuesday, December 13 at 7 pm and the topic will be Incongruity.

Bill Davison divides his time between Long Now Boston and his studio at Western Avenue Studios in Lowell where he pursues photography and digital printmaking.  His imaging practice is increasingly studio-based except when using his film and large format glass plate equipment in the field. Investigating various art genres and processes is his chosen mode of exploration. Currently he is engaged with pictorialist landscapes, figure and still life images.

For 35 years, he held various executive positions in the graphic arts industry including Scitex America, Presstek and commercial printing operations. He also founded Point Balance and Meta4 Imaging, both consultancies serving digital image processing firms and printers. He received his degree in Philosophy from Haverford College.  Billdavisonimages.com
