MIT Climate Action Simulation

April 15 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Free

On April 15 at 11am ET (GMT–4), Climate Interactive and the MIT Sloan Sustainability Initiative will host a virtual session of the Climate Action Simulation game. This will be the largest run session of the game to date – with hundreds of close partners, collaborators, and ambassadors in attendance. This game is a critical step for our goal to one day run events that reach thousands worldwide.

Register for the event.

Join us to experience the latest developments in game features, materials, and techniques that have never been seen before. Climate Interactive’s Co-Founder and Co-Director Andrew Jones will lead the session as the “UN Secretary General”, while you join as a fossil fuel tycoon, grassroots climate activist, or clean tech billionaire. Come prepared to role-play your heart out, derive new insights from the En-ROADS simulator, and connect with our global community on the issue of addressing climate change.

Register in advance for this free event, on April 15 from 11am-1pm ET (GMT–4)– following the event, the team will hold a thirty minute discussion about potential applications of the game in the broader world.

Learn more by reading about it on our website or by watching a 2-minute video.

We hope that you’ll be able to join us for this record-breaking event! If you have any questions about the event or other aspects of our work please visit us at support.climateinteractive.org.
