Chief Robert Bongiorno and the Bedford Police Department wish to invite the residents of Bedford and their friends to join us for National Night Out on August 6 from 6-8 p.m., behind the Bedford Police Station at 2 Mudge Way.
National Night Out is an opportunity for the residents and members of Bedford’s Police Department to meet and mingle in a less formal setting. One of the major goals of this ‘Block Party’ is to strengthen neighborhood spirit and a police-community partnership. By gathering like this, we all, together, can heighten crime and drug prevention.
National Night Out also gives neighbors a chance to meet their neighbors and others from their community. Local businesses, such as Ken’s Deli, Steve’s Pizza, Express Pizza, the Learning Center, Short Stop Café, Whole Foods, Urgent Care, representatives of Hanscom Air Force Base, and others will be participating by setting up a table or donating items for your enjoyment.
So please join us for a night of fun, food, and games. We look forward to seeing everyone on August 6.
