Relay for Life Movie Night – Encanto

John Glenn Middle School Auditorium

The Bedford Relay for Life Committee will be hosting a movie night on Friday, March 10th from 5pm-8pm in the JGMS auditorium. We will be showing the movie Encanto. Admission is free for everyone, but donations are appreciated. We will also be selling snacks and having a raffle during the event! All proceeds directly benefit the American Cancer Society.

Here are key parts of the Event for our survivors/caregivers: 4:30 PM - Opening Ceremony  4:45 PM Survivors/Caregivers Lap 4-6 PM - Free dinner and treats in the Survivor Tent— Survivors and their Caregivers are invited to join us for dinner and desserts in a tent especially for them. We will also have special gifts for our survivors. 6:00 PM- Fight Back Ceremony — This ceremony symbolizes the will and drive of a survivor to fight back against the disease. 9:00 PM - Luminaria Ceremony — Each luminaria bears the name of someone who has battled/is battling cancer. Relay for Life: Kid’s Night Out

Registration is open now for The Bedford High School Relay for Life Committee’s K-5 Kids Night Out from 5:30 to 9 p.m. on Friday, March 22 at Davis School. Proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society. The $35 registration fee also covers crafts, supervised gym/game time, pizza, snacks, and water. Register early - the fee increases to $45 on Saturday, March 16.
