Bedford Junior Summer Stock Presents “Raise Your Voice”

This Friday, August 4 from 1 – 2 pm, everyone is invited and encouraged to attend the free performance of “Broadway Junior Revue: Raise Your Voice,” performed by the Bedford Recreation Department Junior Summer Stock cast. The performance will take place in the air-conditioned JGMS Auditorium located at 99 McMahon Road. The performance is one hour long without intermission, appropriate for all audiences, and no tickets are necessary. “Raise Your Voice” is a musical journey across 15 song and dance numbers from a range of musicals – classic to modern.  The audience will recognize songs from Singin’ in the Rain

Community Conversation Luncheon on LGBTQ+ Aging In Bedford

The Bedford Council on Aging wants to ensure that all older adults feel welcome, safe and included at their Senior Center programs.  They are inviting LGBTQ+ older adults, caregivers and friends to join them for a lunchtime discussion about what it is like to grow older as LGBTQ+ people in Bedford and surrounding areas and what services and programs (including a community cafe) might be of interest.  The lunch will be on Saturday, May 13 from 11:00-12:30 at the CoA, 12 Mudge Way. Pancake Breakfast

All are invited and welcome to join friends, family and neighbors for a pancake breakfast before the Pole Capping on the morning of April 8 from 8 am - 10 am at First Parish on the Bedford Common.
