As part of Bedford Day, Saturday, Sept. 21 there will be a Scottish Country Dance demonstration followed by a "how to" class. All are welcome. Scottish Country Dance, similar to Square and Contra Dance, is taught in Scotland and around the world. A series of bicycle riders for active seniors. All rides will start in front of the Council on Agine (COA) at 10AM. If you would like to be put on a list to be notified of upcoming rides send an email to Jack Donohue (jmdonohue@alum.mit.edu). Rides will be 16-18 miles long. You should be able to maintain an average pace (including hills) of at least 10 mph, and have a multi-speed bike in good condition. We'll try to stay mostly…
