Town of Bedford Food Bank Service – All Welcome

The Town of Bedford operates a drive-thru Food Bank service every Thursday, 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM at 12 Mudge Way, the Yellow Building (rear parking lot).  In addition to pantry staples, we provide produce, meat, and dairy products as well as feminine care, diapers, household items, and pet food. The Bedford Food Bank service is intended for Bedford residents of all ages for whom provision of food and other supplies will support the health and well-being of the household. There is no cost, no preregistration is required, and no identifying information is collected.  We also offer a limited delivery

Rabies Clinic for dogs and cats

The Bedford Health Department will be hosting a rabies clinic for cats and dogs from 9 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 8. The clinic will take place at the Town Center Building at 12 Mudge Way (Yellow Building) and will be open to Bedford residents. Participants may park in the Town Hall parking lot at 10 Mudge Way, closest to the “tot lot” playground. To enter the clinic, please use the kids’ club side entrance door that is to the right of the white “Recreation Kids’ Club” sign and near the fenced-in Kids’ Club play yard. During the event there will be signage to direct participants.

Bedford Health Department COVID-19 Bivalent Booster Clinic

The Bedford Health Department will be hosting COVID-19 Bivalent Booster Clinics.  Both the Moderna and Pfizer Bivalent boosters will be available at these clinics. Bedford residents 12 years of age and older are eligible for a single bivalent booster dose of the Pfizer BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine and residents 18 years of age and older are eligible for a single booster dose of Moderna. You are eligible for a bivalent booster if you are the minimum age and it has been two months since you completed primary vaccination or have received the most recent booster dose with any authorized or approved
